Dr. Douglas Marx is a board certified ophthalmologist.
His college education and medical training was in
Louisiana with internship and residency in California.
Practicing medicine at Sneed Eye Associates in Mountain Home, Arkansas since 1987, Dr. Marx has performed
thousands of surgeries and continues to provide excellent
eye care for the residents of Twin Lakes area.

J. Y. Massey, MD
Dr. J.Y. Massey began his medical practice in Mountain Home, Arkansas by joining ophthalmologist John W. Sneed, M.D. in 1974. Dr. Sneed founded the Sneed Eye Clinic in 1966.
The clinic was renamed the Sneed-Massey Eye Clinic in 1976. To honor of Dr. Sneed's retirement, the clinic
adopted the original name again, Sneed Eye Clinic, in 1985.
Dr. Massey sold the clinic to Dr. Marx in 1989, but continues to practice ophthalmology at Sneed Eye Associates on a part-time basis.
